TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement

By participating in the “Echoes of Empathy Art Exhibition,” hereinafter referred to as “the Exhibition,” you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between the parties involved, including Nichole Lopez AKA Niki Lopez acting as curator, consultant, and producer of the Exhibition, in collaboration with CSC Broward, What’s Your Elephant, Niki Lopez Creative, INC, Hosanna4Youth, INC, and Hollywood Arts Park Gallery.

2. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the parties involved, including Nichole Lopez AKA Niki Lopez, acting as curator, consultant, and producer of the Exhibition, CSC Broward, What’s Your Elephant, Niki Lopez Creative, INC, Hosanna4Youth, INC, and Hollywood Arts Park Gallery, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss, or theft arising out of or in connection with the Exhibition.

3. Artwork Handling

The artist is solely responsible for delivering and picking up their work to and from the Exhibition venue. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping nor paying for shipping fees associated with the transportation of artworks.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

5. Charitable Donation

In the event of any artwork sale, a tax-deductible donation of 10% of the final sale will be allocated to What’s Your Elephant, a 501C3 nonprofit organization.

6. Artwork Criteria

All artwork submitted for consideration must be the artist’s original work, hang-ready, and able to hang on a hanging system. The Exhibition curator, Niki Lopez, reserves the right to refuse any work on the grounds of poor condition, oversize, unsuitability, damaged frame, or if the subject does not comply with the show theme.

7. Submission Agreement

Submission of the participation form constitutes agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
